1. Service Description

JeruHills (jeruhills.com) provides an AI-powered daily event-intelligence digest focused on Israel and global topics related to Israel. The service ingests multilingual news from public sources, processes it using AI agents, and delivers structured summaries to registered readers.

2. Private Beta Status

JeruHills is currently in private beta. Access to the reader product is limited to invited users. The public homepage is available for review and informational purposes. Beta access may be granted, revoked, or modified at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and Account

To access the reader product, you must authenticate via Google Sign-In. By signing in, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. You may not share your account with third parties.

4. Permitted Use

You may use JeruHills solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or republish digest content without permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service.
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
  • Misrepresent the source of AI-generated summaries as original reporting.

5. Content and Accuracy

JeruHills processes public news sources using AI models. While we apply editorial review and quality filters, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any digest content. Content should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any consequential decision.

Source attribution is included where possible. JeruHills does not claim copyright over public source material; summaries represent our editorial transformation of that material.

6. Intellectual Property

The JeruHills name, logo, design system, and original editorial content are the property of JeruHills. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our trademarks or original content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JeruHills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
